Reinauguration Bätz Organ in Woerden

We have restored the 1768 Johann Heinrich Hartmann Bätz organ in the Petruskerk in Woerden (NL). The reinauguration took place on June 18, 2019.

We have restored the bellows and windchests. The organ has been restored to its original pitch (A=415Hz). Therefore every single pipe has been elongated to its original length.

The organ, that had been originally tuned in meantone tuning, has now been tuned to a Kirnberger-III tuning.
